Friday 5th October 2012, 13:00- 17:30, Hotel Arena, Amsterdam

The purpose of the “Creating Value” -Seminar is to present cases and practical examples of companies and organizations that have successfully used client-centered thinking as the basis of their innovation and service development.

After this seminar, the participants will have a good understanding on how Service Design Thinking – putting the user in the center – can change radically how companies innovate and develop strategies.

Innovation, client-centered thinking and designing value are also topics that are of high priority for both Finland’s and the Netherland’s national strategies, as well as the carrying theme of the World Design Capital 2012 in Helsinki.

Our inspiring speakers are some of the leading design thinking practitioners in the world today. As networking is also an important part of the event, we thus offer a possibility to continue with an optional dinner after the seminar – we will end the event with a special Dinner Party to celebrate the 25-year anniversary of Finnish Dutch Trade Guild.

PLEASE note that an early-bird registration discount applies before 1st of July.

This seminar is perfectly suited for:

  • Business professionals who are looking for an inspirational afternoon with the subjects of innovation, design thinking and value creation through human-centered thinking
  • Professionals that are tackling the challenges of business development and planning to improve services to clients and stakeholder groups
  • Professionals who wish to know more regarding service design thinking
